At OTB, we recognize that including individuals of diverse cultures and backgrounds is not only the right thing to do, but it also provides a unique competitive advantage
At OTB, inclusivity and diversity are core values. We recognize the power of bringing together individuals with diverse experiences, cultures, and backgrounds—it’s a strategic advantage. We've embarked on several initiatives as part of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy at both corporate and brand level.
We strive to build a culture that highlights diversity, encourages equity and inclusion, and provides robust support to implement policies aligning with these objectives. We adopt a transparent remuneration system, which is designed to provide a competitive pay structure and incentivise employees to achieve excellent results, and that is free of any distinction.
Across all our brands, actions are being taken to actively promote diversity, echoing our steadfast dedication to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.
In 2025, our workforce increased to nearly 7,000 employees, with even gender-based distribution. Women hold 54% of managerial positions, and 65% of our professionals are women. 58% of employees work in retail as sales assistants, and 41% in head-office administrative and strategic roles, while the remainder are involved in showroom management.
