Our organization: the parent company, brands HQs and production hubs, and distribution branches worldwide

Our Group’s organization structure

The parent company, the headquarters of the brands, the production hubs, and the distribution branches are located around the world. Our brands are Diesel, Jil Sander, Maison Margiela, Marni and Viktor&Rolf.

The production hubs Staff International and Brave Kid handle production for all the Group brands, except Diesel, which is directly responsible for producing its own ready-to-wear collections. Under license, Staff International and Brave Kid also produce and distribute other iconic fashion brands, such as Dsquared2.

Group Brands and Production Hubs

Our brands are present worldwide through direct and indirect channels. The direct channels consist of mono-brand stores, outlets, and online shops, while indirect distribution is done through wholesale channels:

  • Multi-brand stores

  • Shop-in-shops in department stores

  • Multi-brand online retailers

In 2025, OTB Group directly-operated mono-brand stores are 600.

On the occasion of the celebrations for National Day of Made in Italy, OTB inaugurates the fifth edition of its School of Craftsmanship today. The Group’s in-house academy is a training programme designed to pass on to younger generations the artisanal and manufacturing expertise that defines Made in Italy fashion.
