Materiality Analysis

The materiality analysis identifies the most significant ESG topics for the Group

The materiality analysis helps identify the most significant and relevant topics for the OTB Group through the analysis of the impacts that the organisation generates, contributes to, or could be directly linked to, along the entire value chain

Materiality Analysis

The materiality analysis helps identify the most significant material topics by analysing the actual or potential impacts of the Group’s operations on the external environment and on people, along the entire value chain.

During 2025, OTB considered the evaluations related to the impact materiality approved in 2023 and updated in accordance with the latest GRI Universal Standards 2021. This process enabled identification of the most significant impacts generated by the Group and, consequently, of the most important material topics.
